I’m building a meeting recorder as a solo developer. The obvious question is: why would anyone try another meeting recorder when Granola, Otter, Fireflies and others already exist? My hypothesis is that there may still be room for a smaller, focused product for people who want reliable meeting capture, cleaner follow-ups, and less “AI assistant” bloat. I haven’t launched publicly yet. I’m looking for feedback before I keep building.
